Death Star display model is a physical Star Wars collectible, 3D printed in PLA and made in Sydney. Choose from the listed size and finish options.

Pick Small, Medium or Large for the sphere, then the filament colour. Price varies by size; colour does not change the price within a size.

Colour choice. Silver (Light Gray), Dark Gray, Black and White are the same print in different filament — same price. Silver reads closest to the on-screen surface; Black makes the panel geometry read as shadow.

Is this a physical item or a digital file?
This is a physical 3D-printed PLA display model. No STL, 3MF or digital download is included.

Which size should I get?
Price and shelf space both increase with size. Check the photos for the size comparison.

Does it open?
No — this is the solid display sphere. The version that opens for storage is Death Star Storage with Stand - Star Wars.

Is the stand included?
Yes.

Is the superlaser dish detailed?
Yes, the equatorial trench and the dish are part of the printed geometry, not a decal.

Is it coloured?
Yes. The colour is printed into the model using multi-colour 3D printing — each colour is laid down in place as it prints, not painted on afterwards, so it cannot chip or flake.

How it's made

Printed in PLA at a fine layer height, then hand-assembled and sanded back where needed. Made and finished in Sydney, Australia.

An honest note: this is FDM printing. Fine layer lines are visible up close — that is how the process works, not a defect.
