Assembly overview:
- Build the wheels first by inserting the three pins into the tire, fitting the tire halves together with the tread alternating side to side, then screwing the hubs into the wheel assembly.
- Join the two main frame halves with the alignment dowels and lock them with the retention pins.
- Install the handlebar parts onto the frame dovetail and lock them with the cross pin and front pins.
- Fit the swingarm around the rear wheel, slide it onto the frame dovetails, and lock it from the front with the pins.
- Install the front wheel by sliding the forks onto the wheel first, then onto the frame, and lock the forks with the retention pins.
- Slide the tank and rear fender onto the footwell, lock them with the retention pins, then fit the front fender and number plate.
- Slide the clips onto the frame, place the body on top, lock it with the pins, and finish by adding the top trim pieces.
