26 Inch Razorback Racing Pinnace (X-Large)

This 26-inch Razorback racing pinnace from The Expanse is a physical, multi-colour PLA ship model. The largest Razorback size arrives fully assembled and ready to display.

The Razorback is a long, slim hull, so at this size it reads as a sculpture rather than a model. It needs about 70 cm of run but very little depth.

Sizes available: 13 inches (about 33 cm), 20 inches (about 51 cm), and this 26-inch. Each is the same model scaled; the larger sizes resolve the engine and cockpit detail more finely.

This is a finished physical PLA display model, not an STL or digital download.

Which Razorback size should I get?
13-inch (about 33 cm) for a desk, 20-inch (about 51 cm) for a shelf, 26-inch (about 66 cm) as a centrepiece.

How much space does it need?
About 66 cm of length; it is narrow, so depth is not the constraint.

Does it arrive assembled?
Yes, fully assembled and colour-printed.

Is it coloured?
Yes. The colour is printed into the model using multi-colour 3D printing — each colour is laid down in place as it prints, not painted on afterwards, so it cannot chip or flake.

Is it fragile?
The hull is slim. It is durable in normal handling but should not be dropped.

How it's made

Printed in multi-colour PLA at a fine layer height, then hand-assembled and sanded back where needed. The colours are printed into the material rather than painted on, so hull striping and panel markings cannot chip or flake. Made and finished in Sydney, Australia.

An honest note: this is FDM printing. Fine layer lines are visible up close — that is how the process works, not a defect. At normal display distance they disappear.
