Why choose 15 over 13?
The lattice truss reads as individual members rather than as texture.
Is it fragile?
The lattice and the engine bells are the thin points.
Is it coloured?
Yes. The colour is printed into the model using multi-colour 3D printing — each colour is laid down in place as it prints, not painted on afterwards, so it cannot chip or flake.
How it's made
Printed in PLA at a fine layer height, then hand-assembled and sanded back where needed. Made and finished in Sydney, Australia.
An honest note: this is FDM printing. Fine layer lines are visible up close — that is how the process works, not a defect.
