Description
The 13-inch Enterprise NX-01 refit model is a physical Star Trek display ship with the secondary hull, 3D printed in PLA and fully assembled in Sydney.
Fully colored or Glow in the dark? Fully colored is the screen-accurate scheme. Glow in the dark uses phosphorescent filament on the hull so the ship reads as a silhouette in a dark room after it has been under light — it is a different look, not an add-on.
Choosing a size: 33 cm shelves easily. The larger 16-inch NX Class Enterprise Refit Model (Large) at 41 cm is the display version. For the original NX-01 hull, see 13-inch NX Class Enterprise.

Is this a physical model or a digital file?
This is a physical 3D-printed PLA display model. No STL or digital download is included.
What is the difference from the standard NX-01?
The refit adds the secondary hull and the heavier weapons fit. Different model, not a repaint.
How big is it?
33 cm / 13 inches.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes.
Is it coloured?
Yes. The colour is printed into the model using multi-colour 3D printing — each colour is laid down in place as it prints, not painted on afterwards, so it cannot chip or flake.
Is there a larger one?
Yes, 16 inch (41 cm).
How it's made
Printed in multi-colour PLA at a fine layer height, then hand-assembled and sanded back where needed. The colours are printed into the material rather than painted on, so hull pennants, registry numbers and aztec panelling cannot chip or flake. Made and finished in Sydney, Australia.
An honest note: this is FDM printing. Fine layer lines are visible up close — that is how the process works, not a defect. At normal display distance they disappear.
